SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at brownsugabrown1999@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales are Final. Depending on Circumstance, Refunds and Exchanges are not Available

We value our costumers at Brown Sugar Babe Cosmetics, so all of our items are handled with care. All items are thoroughly checked prior to being picked up or dropped off with USPS. Therefore, Brown Sugar Babe Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages that occurred during shipping. We can not be held liable for any missing or damaged items when in the possession of USPS. If any problems occur, please contact USPS.

Incorrect Items

If you received any incorrect items, please contact us at brownsugababe1999@gmail.com immediately with proof of error (order number and photo of what was received) so we can correct our mistake. 

If more than four (4) days have passed since you have received your order, we will not accept any claims.
